I was a little cautious at first since I hadn’t ordered from getpumpkinandspice.com before, but everything felt straightforward once I went through the site. The pages looked normal, the order details were easy to understand, and nothing gave me a reason to worry.
The only thing I would’ve liked is a few more updates after placing the order, just for extra peace of mind. That said, I did receive what I expected, and the whole experience felt trustworthy enough to order from again. Solid 4 stars from me

My order arrived in really good shape. The box looked fine, not crushed or torn up, which I was definitely happy about.
Everything inside was wrapped well, and nothing was leaking or rattling around. It seemed like they actually took about a little extra care when packing it.
There’s not much else to add, honestly. The packaging was solid, everything was clean, and it got here with no issues. 5 stars from me

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I felt a bit pressured to get this ordered quickly, so I was relieved when it came way sooner than I thought. The package looked totally fine when it arrived too, so I don’t really have any complaints...

I had a question about my order and, i kind of assumed it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth. They did get back to me the same day, though. It wasn’t super instant, so I was already thinking, ‘Great, this might take forever,’ but the reply was actually useful and they got the issue fixed. Overall I’m happy, I just wish that first response had come a little faster.

I ordered the fall print and the colors were really close to what was shown in the photos. None of that weird faded look or random off tones you sometimes get. It looked how I expected it to, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty solid deal for what I paid"
I ordered from Pumpkin & Spice mostly because the price looked reasonable, and I didn’t want to overpay for something I wasn’t sure about. i was expecting it to feel cheaper, but it ended up being nicer than I thought. It’s not some super high-end thing, but for what I spent, I feel like I got my money’s worth. If the prices stay this fair, I’d probably buy from them again.

The sizes, colors, and items all matched what I picked, which was a relief. Shipping took about what I expected, nothing unusual there. "Decent sweatshirt, but not as cozy as I hoped"
I ordered this sweatshirt last week and when it arrived a few days later, the shipping part was totally fine. After wearing it for an afternoon, though, I noticed the material felt a bit thinner than I expected. It’s not bad and I’ll still wear it, but I was hoping it would feel softer and a little more cozy. Overall, it’s just okay for me.

The tracking for my order worked well and seemed to update fairly quickly. I could check where my package was without needing to email anyone, which was nice. It showed up around when they said it would, so overall I’m happy with it.

"SO comfy and easy to wear"
I ordered from getpumpkinandspice.com i’m really happy with it. The fabric is SO soft and doesn’t feel scratchy at all, which is a big deal for me. I’ve already worn it around the house a bunch because it’s just super comfy. The fit was nice too — not too tight or awkward. Definitely glad I got it.
